As Data Controller handling your personal data, pursuant to and in accordance with EU Reg. 2016/679, hereafter referred to as the 'GDPR', HDG Group S.r.l. hereby informs you that the aforementioned law is designed to safeguard data subjects as to the processing of their personal data and requires that said processing be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legal provisions outlined in the aforementioned law and the requirements of confidentiality laid down therein.

Purposes of data processing: in particular, your data will be processed for the following purposes inherent to the fulfilment of legal or contractual requirements:

•    Advanced navigation or custom content management.

The processing of data deemed functional to fulfilment of said obligations is necessary for proper management of the relationship and consent to such use is required to achieve the purposes indicated above. The Data Controller also states that failure to provide, or incorrect communication of, any of the mandatory information may make it impossible for the Data Controller to guarantee adequacy of the processing itself.

For the purpose of the indicated processing, the Data Controller may become aware of particular categories of personal data and more specifically: Internet Browsing Log File. These particular categories of personal data are processed in compliance with Article 9 of the GDPR.

With your consent, your personal data may also be used for the following purposes:

•    technical and functional access to the site, no data is retained after the browser has been closed;
•    Marketing and Advertising purposes;
•    Statistics and Analysis regarding navigation and users.

Providing data for the aforementioned purposes is optional and your refusal to permit such handling does not compromise continuation of the relationship or the adequacy of the treatment itself.

Processing method. Your personal data may be processed in the following ways:

All data handling is carried out in compliance with the methods outlined in articles 6 and 32 of the GDPR and adopting appropriate security measures.

Communication: your data will be communicated exclusively to competent parties, duly appointed to perform the services required for correct management of the relationship, and protect the rights guaranteed for the data subject.

Your data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller and, in particular, by the following categories of employees:

•    All authorized HDG employees/collaborators;
•    Programmers and analysts.

Disclosure: Your personal data will not be disclosed in any way.

Your personal data may also be transferred, within the limits of the purposes indicated above, in the following countries:

•    EU countries;
•    UK;
•    United States.

Storage Period. Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, your personal data shall be retained for:

•    a period of time that does not exceed the time required to achieve the purposes for which said data was collected and processed for execution and completion of the contractual purposes;
•    a period of time that does not exceed the time required to complete the services provided;
•    a period of time that does not exceed the time required to achieve the purposes for which said data was collected and processed and in compliance with the mandatory time limits prescribed by law.

From the Data Controller you have the right to obtain erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, updating, rectification, data portability in regard to the processing of your personal data or the right to object; in addition, more generally, you can exercise all the rights envisaged by articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR.

EU Reg. 2016/679: Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 - Rights of the data subject

1. The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to the existence of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet recorded, and to receive such communication in intelligible form.

2. The data subject has the right to obtain indication of the:

a. origin of the personal data;
b. purposes and methods of processing;
c. logic applied in any automatic personal data processing;
d. details identifying the data controller, data processor and designated representative according to article 5, paragraph 2;
e. recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of said data as designated representative on the territory of that Member State, processors or assigned persons.

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:

a. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of said data;
b. erasure, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c. certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b), even with regard to their content, have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, except in the case in which this fulfilment proves impossible or requires the use of means clearly disproportionate to the right being protected;
d. data portability.

4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part, to the:

a. processing of his/her personal data, for legitimate reasons, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b. processing of his/her personal data for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
