What do we do for companies?

We listen to their needs and develop the right products together with them, to offer competitiveness in the market. Our customer and technical support services are always available to clarify any doubts and provide the best solutions to specific needs.

For companies, we study the application of products for in-line production and, based on specific requests, we also create new customised and exclusive formulations.

We specialise in tailor-made products: we are therefore able to design and create products based on specific needs expressed by the customer. An example? The colour range of Lignum P-501 consists of 24 colours, but there are many customisations we have made over the years for our customers, giving them the opportunity to have a unique colour that stands out from the rest. With Lignum Terradilegno, for example, we can recreate most of the colours from the RAL and NCS colour chart!.

We listen to his needs and evaluate together the possibility of realising a customised product.

The research

The R&D laboratory analyses raw material, identifies the appropriate formulation and its application, as well as its interaction with the surrounding environment. The efficacy of resistance tests are carried out to check the performances of the product.

The sampling

After testing in lab, the sampling of a product is delivered to the customer, to carry out some tests under actual practical conditions of use and verify the match between the end result and the initial request.

Manufacture

After receiving the approval of customer, the formulation is produced, controlled, packed and traced. The manufacture is just in time, so that we can garantee a fresh product to our customer.

The shipment

After routine check, the product is delivered to the costumer by approved courriers, all shippings are supervised by our offices until the actual deliver.
